Our own riders
One rider carries one order. You see where they are on a live map from the moment they pick it up, and you get their number until it's delivered.
Paid up front, refunded automatically
You pay online at checkout on the gateway's secure page — we never see your card. If an order is cancelled after payment, the refund goes back on its own.
How an order works

You order and pay
Pick a store, build a cart, pay by UPI, card or net banking at checkout.

The store gets it
Only once the payment lands — so nothing is cooked that hasn't been paid for, and nothing is charged for an order the store never saw.

A rider picks it up
The nearest available rider is offered the job. You watch them move on the map and can call them.

You confirm at the door
You read out a delivery OTP. That's what closes the order — nobody can mark it delivered without you.
