Terms & Conditions

Last updated 11 August 2026

These terms govern your use of Zigvy — the website, the apps, and the delivery service behind them. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

Zigvy is an online ordering and delivery platform operated by Zigvy. We connect you with independent restaurants, kitchens and stores in your town, and arrange delivery of what you order from them.

We are not the manufacturer, packer or seller of the items you buy. Each order is a contract between you and the store you ordered from. We are responsible for the ordering platform and for the delivery service.

2. Using the platform

You need a working mobile number to place an order. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to that number instead of a password. Keep your number and device secure; orders placed from a signed-in session are treated as yours.

You must be able to enter into a contract under Indian law to order. Give us an address and a contact number we can actually reach — a rider who cannot find you or reach you cannot complete a delivery.

3. Stores, menus and availability

Menus, prices and availability are set by each store, and they can change during the day. A store can close, pause new orders, or run out of an item after you have added it to your cart. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we refund that item in full, or the whole order if you would rather not receive the rest.

Photographs are indicative. Portion sizes, packaging and preparation are the store's responsibility.

4. Prices, fees and taxes

All prices on the platform are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include the amounts you will be charged. Before you place an order, the bill shows the item total, the delivery fee, a platform fee, a small-order fee where it applies, and applicable GST as separate lines.

Delivery fees depend on distance and are set per city. A small-order fee applies only below the threshold shown at checkout. Tips are voluntary and are added after delivery, not at checkout.

5. Payment

Orders on Zigvy are paid online at checkout. You pay before the store begins preparing your order — we do not offer cash on delivery.

Payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. Those details are handled entirely by the gateway and are never stored on our servers.

If a payment fails or is interrupted, the order is not placed. Any amount debited against a failed payment is returned by the gateway to the same source, normally within 5–7 working days.

6. Delivery

We deliver only within the areas served by the stores listed for your location. Delivery times shown are estimates based on the kitchen's own preparation time and the distance to you; they are not guarantees. Weather, traffic and rider availability affect them.

You can follow your order live in the app or on this site from the moment the store accepts it.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out on our Refunds & Cancellations page at https://www.zigvy.in/refunds, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your conduct

Do not abuse, threaten or endanger delivery partners or store staff. Do not place orders you do not intend to accept. We may suspend an account that repeatedly refuses delivered orders, misuses refunds, or abuses our partners.

9. Liability

We are responsible for operating the platform and the delivery service with reasonable care. We are not liable for the quality, safety or legality of the items a store prepares or sells, beyond arranging redress with that store or a refund as described in our refund policy.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
